The Project

To plan, create, and deliver bespoke registration and accommodation services for a client’s annual flagship event. This financial industry conference, exhibition, and networking event brings together up to 5,000 attendees each year.

The Outcome

We provided a dedicated service over the course of the year. The client was able to monitor the event attendance goals in real time. Locations included Geneva and Berlin.

How We Did It

By providing a dedicated project lead, we were able to implement a unique service that made sure the annual events were successful. Working with this client since 2001, we have built a great rapport, and understand the needs and requirements of each event. Noteworthy aspects of our part in this project include:

Creating a custom-built website to handle all booking types
Full financial management
Expert registration services
Excellent customer support services
A full, onsite registration solution
Online reporting, including customised KPI reporting with the benefit of being able to monitor goals in real time

Our attention to detail in customising this bespoke project resulted in a positive outcome. These results include:

99.6% of participants prepaid their invoices
4,233 hotel reservations across 23 hotels were managed online
85% of those who registered online provided a high satisfaction score

The Destinations

Geneva: Geneva is a great choice for lakeside conferences and events. Public transport in Switzerland is extensive, reliable, safe, and easy to use. Like all cities in Switzerland, Geneva is easy to navigate on foot, by bicycle, or by public transport.

Berlin: Highbrow, lowbrow, and everything in between – there’s plenty of room for full creative expression in Germany’s capital. No matter what time it is, there’s always a way to get around Berlin thanks to the city’s impressive public transport system. The airport is only a 30-minute drive from the city center, where you can catch a tram, bus, or taxi. Berlin is a great walking city too—don’t forget to stroll around the streets, where history presents itself at every corner.
